Works Council (Ondernemingsraad)
Mandatory employee representation body in Belgian companies with 50+ employees (Ondernemingsraad / Conseil d'entreprise). Must be informed and consulted before deploying AI monitoring systems per CAO 9 and the Belgian Act of 4 August 1996. Dutch equivalent: Ondernemingsraad with co-determination rights under WOR Article 27.
