Diseño de mecanismos de supervisión humana
El artículo 14, apartado 1, exige que los sistemas de IA de alto riesgo se diseñen y desarrollen de forma que las personas físicas puedan supervisar eficazmente el funcionamiento del sistema, incorporando herramientas de supervisión desde el diseño en lugar de añadirlas posteriormente.
