Procedimientos de formación y competencia del personal
El artículo 17, apartado 1, letra d), exige a los proveedores aplicar procedimientos de formación del personal que participe en el desarrollo, ensayo y seguimiento de los sistemas de IA, con registros de las formaciones realizadas y una reevaluación periódica de las competencias.
