Sanktionen und Geldbußen
Verwaltungsbußen gemäß Artikel 99: bis zu 35 Millionen Euro oder 7 % des gesamten weltweiten Jahresumsatzes für Verstöße gegen verbotene KI-Praktiken; bis zu 15 Millionen Euro oder 3 % für die Nichtbeachtung sonstiger Pflichten; bis zu 7,5 Millionen Euro oder 1,5 % für die Erteilung falscher Informationen an Behörden.
