Recht auf Beschwerde
Das Recht jeder natürlichen oder juristischen Person, bei der zuständigen nationalen Behörde Beschwerde über die Nichtbeachtung der Verordnung einzulegen und innerhalb angemessener Frist eine Antwort zu erhalten. Marktüberwachungsbehörden müssen hinreichend belegte Beschwerden untersuchen.
