Herramienta de detección
Un instrumento reglamentario de detección que identifica indicadores de obligaciones del Reglamento de IA de la UE, clasificaciones de riesgo y lagunas documentales — distinto de un servicio de asesoramiento jurídico o autoridad de certificación de cumplimiento. Las herramientas de detección operan bajo las obligaciones de información del artículo 86 y deben comunicar claramente el alcance y las limitaciones de su análisis.
