Evaluación del impacto en los derechos fundamentales
Una evaluación estructurada exigida por el artículo 27 a los desplegadores de sistemas de IA de alto riesgo que sean organismos de derecho público u operadores privados que presten servicios públicos, antes de poner dichos sistemas en servicio. Debe evaluar los impactos en los derechos protegidos por la Carta de Derechos Fundamentales de la UE.
