Autoridad nacional competente
La autoridad o autoridades designadas por cada Estado miembro para supervisar la aplicación y ejecución del Reglamento, actuar como autoridad de vigilancia del mercado de los sistemas de IA comercializados y servir como autoridad notificante de los organismos notificados.
