Prácticas de IA prohibidas
Los sistemas y usos de IA expresamente prohibidos por el artículo 5, incluida la IA que emplea técnicas subliminales o manipuladoras, explota vulnerabilidades, realiza identificación biométrica remota en tiempo real en espacios de acceso público con fines policiales (con excepciones limitadas), lleva a cabo puntuación social por autoridades públicas e infiere atributos sensibles a partir de datos biométricos.
