Requisitos de transparencia
Obligaciones conforme al artículo 13 que exigen que los sistemas de IA de alto riesgo estén diseñados para que su funcionamiento sea suficientemente transparente, permitiendo a los desplegadores interpretar los resultados del sistema y utilizarlos adecuadamente, y conforme al artículo 50 para sistemas específicos (chatbots, contenidos sintéticos) notificar a las personas que interactúan con una IA.
