Droit d’introduire une réclamation
Le droit de toute personne physique ou morale d’introduire une réclamation auprès de l’autorité nationale compétente concernant un non-respect du règlement, et de recevoir une réponse dans un délai raisonnable. Les autorités de surveillance du marché doivent enquêter sur les réclamations étayées par des preuves suffisantes.
