Procedure di formazione e competenza del personale
L'articolo 17, paragrafo 1, lettera d), impone ai fornitori di attuare procedure per la formazione del personale coinvolto nello sviluppo, nei test e nel monitoraggio dei sistemi di IA, con registrazioni delle formazioni completate e rivalutazione periodica delle competenze.
