Sanzioni e multe
Sanzioni amministrative pecuniarie applicabili ai sensi dell’articolo 99: fino a 35 milioni di euro o al 7 % del fatturato annuo mondiale totale per violazioni delle pratiche di IA vietate; fino a 15 milioni di euro o al 3 % per la non conformità ad altri obblighi; fino a 7,5 milioni di euro o all’1,5 % per aver fornito informazioni errate alle autorità.
