La documentazione che i fornitori di sistemi di IA ad alto rischio devono redigere prima dell’immissione sul mercato del sistema, contenente tutte le informazioni necessarie per valutare la conformità al regolamento, tra cui una descrizione generale, specifiche di progettazione, informazioni sui dati di addestramento, registrazioni della gestione dei rischi e metriche delle prestazioni. I requisiti sul contenuto sono indicati nell’allegato IV.
