Logretentie gedurende minimaal 10 jaar
Artikel 18(1) vereist dat aanbieders technische documentatie en logbestanden ten minste 10 jaar bewaren nadat het hoogrisico-AI-systeem op de markt is gebracht of in gebruik is gesteld, teneinde markttoezicht na het op de markt brengen en autoriteitstoegang mogelijk te maken.
