Artikel 11 en bijlage IV vereisen dat de technische documentatie een algemene beschrijving van het AI-systeem bevat, waaronder het beoogde doeleinde, de verantwoordelijke personen en de kenmerken, capaciteiten en beperkingen van het systeem.
