Het Duitse Bundesnetzagentur, aangewezen als nationale markttoezichtautoriteit voor de EU-AI-verordening in Duitsland. Werkt samen met de Federale Commissaris voor Gegevensbescherming (BfDI). AI-monitoringsystemen op Duitse werkplekken vereisen medebesluitvorming met de Betriebsrat (ondernemingsraad) krachtens BetrVG §87(1)(6).
