De markering waarmee een aanbieder aangeeft dat een hoogrisico-AI-systeem voldoet aan de eisen van hoofdstuk III, afdeling 2, van de verordening en aan andere toepasselijke Unie-harmonisatiewetgeving die voorziet in het aanbrengen ervan. Vereist voordat een hoogrisico-AI-systeem op de EU-markt wordt gebracht.
