Detectietool
Een regelgevend detectie-instrument dat indicatoren identificeert van EU-AI-Act-verplichtingen, risicoclassificaties en documentatiehiaten — te onderscheiden van een juridisch adviesdienst of certificeringsautoriteit. Detectietools opereren onder de informatieverplichtingen van artikel 86 en moeten de reikwijdte en beperkingen van hun analyse duidelijk communiceren.
