Meldung schwerwiegender Vorfälle an Behörden
Artikel 73 Absatz 1 verpflichtet Anbieter und Betreiber, schwerwiegende Vorfälle unverzüglich der zuständigen Marktüberwachungsbehörde zu melden, nachdem sie davon Kenntnis erlangt haben, wobei erste Meldungen innerhalb der in Artikel 73 Absatz 2 festgelegten Fristen einzureichen sind.
