Sanciones y multas
Multas administrativas aplicables conforme al artículo 99: hasta 35 millones de euros o el 7 % del volumen de negocios anual mundial total por infracciones de prácticas de IA prohibidas; hasta 15 millones de euros o el 3 % por incumplimiento de otras obligaciones; hasta 7,5 millones de euros o el 1,5 % por suministrar información incorrecta a las autoridades.
