Derecho a presentar una reclamación
El derecho de toda persona física o jurídica a presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad nacional competente sobre el incumplimiento del Reglamento, y a recibir respuesta en un plazo razonable. Las autoridades de vigilancia del mercado deben investigar las reclamaciones sustanciadas con pruebas suficientes.
