Incidente grave
Un incidente o mal funcionamiento de un sistema de IA de alto riesgo que conduzca directa o indirectamente a la muerte de una persona o a daños graves a su salud, a una alteración grave e irreversible de la gestión de infraestructuras críticas, a una vulneración de obligaciones del derecho de la Unión que protejan derechos fundamentales, o a daños graves a bienes o al medio ambiente.
