Valutazione d’impatto sui diritti fondamentali
Una valutazione strutturata richiesta dall’articolo 27 ai deployer di sistemi di IA ad alto rischio che sono organismi di diritto pubblico o operatori privati che forniscono servizi pubblici, prima della messa in servizio di tali sistemi. Deve valutare gli impatti sui diritti protetti dalla Carta dei diritti fondamentali dell’Unione europea.
