Requisiti di trasparenza
Obblighi ai sensi dell’articolo 13 che richiedono che i sistemi di IA ad alto rischio siano progettati in modo che il loro funzionamento sia sufficientemente trasparente per consentire ai deployer di interpretare l’output del sistema e utilizzarlo in modo appropriato, e ai sensi dell’articolo 50 per sistemi specifici (chatbot, contenuti sintetici) di informare le persone che stanno interagendo con un’IA.
