Aanbieders moeten terugvalprocedures ontwerpen en implementeren die worden geactiveerd wanneer het AI-systeem niet binnen zijn ontwerpparameters kan functioneren, zodat een veilige servicevermindering en melding aan menselijke toezichthouders wordt gewaarborgd.
