Maatregelen ingebouwd in hoogrisico-AI-systemen waarmee natuurlijke personen het systeem kunnen begrijpen, monitoren en — indien nodig — negeren of uitschakelen. Moeten evenredig zijn aan de risico’s en waarborgen dat gebruikers kunnen ingrijpen op de output van het systeem voordat deze effect heeft.
