Transparantieverplichtingen
Verplichtingen op grond van artikel 13 waarbij hoogrisico-AI-systemen zodanig ontworpen moeten zijn dat hun werking voldoende transparant is om gebruikers in staat te stellen de output van het systeem te interpreteren en deze passend te gebruiken, en op grond van artikel 50 voor specifieke systemen (chatbots, synthetische inhoud) om personen ervan in kennis te stellen dat zij met AI communiceren.
