Keuze van de conformiteitsbeoordelingsprocedure
Artikel 43 vereist dat aanbieders de juiste conformiteitsbeoordelingsprocedure voor hun hoogrisico-AI-systeem kiezen: interne controle (bijlage VI) voor de meeste categorieën, of beoordeling door een aangemelde instantie (bijlage VII) voor biometrische systemen en kritieke infrastructuur.
