EU-conformiteitsverklaring
Artikel 47 vereist dat aanbieders een EU-conformiteitsverklaring opstellen voor elk AI-systeem met een hoog risico, waarin wordt verklaard dat het aan alle toepasselijke eisen voldoet, en deze gedurende 10 jaar na het in de handel brengen van het systeem actueel houden.
