Aanbieders moeten een formeel beoordelings- en goedkeuringsproces voor technische documentatie opzetten om nauwkeurigheid, volledigheid en voortgezette toepasbaarheid te waarborgen, met registraties van elke beoordelingscyclus gedurende ten minste 10 jaar.
