Verboden AI-praktijken
AI-systemen en -toepassingen die uitdrukkelijk verboden zijn op grond van artikel 5, waaronder AI die subliminale of manipulatieve technieken gebruikt, kwetsbaarheden exploiteert, realtime biometrische identificatie op afstand in openbare ruimten voor handhaving uitvoert (met beperkte uitzonderingen), sociale scoring door overheidsinstanties toepast en gevoelige kenmerken afleidt uit biometische gegevens.
