Recht om een klacht in te dienen
Het recht van elke natuurlijke of rechtspersoon om bij de bevoegde nationale autoriteit een klacht in te dienen over niet-naleving van de verordening en binnen een redelijke termijn antwoord te ontvangen. Markttoezichtautoriteiten moeten klachten met voldoende bewijs onderzoeken.
