Ernstig incident
Een incident of storing van een hoogrisico-AI-systeem dat direct of indirect leidt tot het overlijden van een persoon of ernstige schade aan de gezondheid van een persoon, een ernstige en onomkeerbare verstoring van het beheer van kritieke infrastructuur, een schending van verplichtingen onder Unierecht ter bescherming van grondrechten, of ernstige schade aan eigendommen of het milieu.
