Melding van ernstige incidenten aan autoriteiten
Artikel 73, lid 1, verplicht aanbieders en gebruiksverantwoordelijken om ernstige incidenten onverwijld te melden aan de relevante markttoezichtautoriteit nadat zij hiervan kennis hebben genomen, waarbij eerste rapporten worden ingediend binnen de in artikel 73, lid 2, gespecificeerde termijnen.
