Artikel 72, lid 3, vereist dat aanbieders een post-market monitoringplan opstellen, documenteren en implementeren dat proportioneel de aard van de AI-technologie en de risico's van het AI-systeem met een hoog risico in zijn beoogde doel weerspiegelt.
