Wederzijdse erkenning en grensoverschrijdende conformiteit
Aanbieders die AI-systemen met een hoog risico op de markten van meerdere EU-lidstaten plaatsen, moeten ervoor zorgen dat de conformiteitsbeoordeling in alle rechtsgebieden geldig is, waarbij zij indien nodig contact onderhouden met het AI-Bureau en de relevante nationale autoriteiten.
