Registratie in de EU-databank
Artikel 49 vereist dat aanbieders zelfstandige AI-systemen met een hoog risico die in bijlage III zijn vermeld, registreren in de openbare EU AI-verordeningsdatabank voordat zij deze in de handel brengen, waarbij zij de gespecificeerde informatie via het registratieportaal verstrekken.
