Aanbieders moeten beschikken over gedocumenteerde gegevensbeheerprocedures die de verwerving, voorbereiding, het gebruik en de bewaring van gegevens gedurende de hele levenscyclus van het AI-systeem bestrijken, in overeenstemming met de vereisten voor datagovernance van artikel 10.
