Procedures voor opleiding en bekwaamheid van personeel
Artikel 17, lid 1, onder d), vereist dat aanbieders procedures implementeren voor de opleiding van personeel dat betrokken is bij de ontwikkeling, het testen en de monitoring van AI-systemen, met registraties van voltooide opleidingen en periodieke herbeoordeling van de bekwaamheid.
