De gebruiksaanwijzingen moeten de prestatiemetrieken bevatten waarvoor het systeem is ontworpen en het nauwkeurigheidsniveau waartoe de aanbieder zich heeft verbonden, zodat gebruikers kunnen beoordelen of het systeem aan hun operationele eisen voldoet.
