Een aanbieder van een AI-systeem die een AI-model voor algemene doeleinden integreert in zijn systeem. Artikel 25 verdeelt verantwoordelijkheden tussen aanbieders van GPAI-modellen en stroomafwaartse aanbieders, waaronder verplichtingen die worden overgedragen via de technische documentatie van het model.
