Artikel 43 verlangt von den Anbietern, das geeignete Konformitätsbewertungsverfahren für ihr Hochrisiko-KI-System auszuwählen: interne Kontrolle (Anhang VI) für die meisten Kategorien oder Bewertung durch eine notifizierte Stelle (Anhang VII) für biometrische Systeme und kritische Infrastrukturen.
