Bewertung durch eine notifizierte Drittstelle
Bei KI-Systemen, die eine Konformitätsbewertung durch Dritte nach Artikel 43 Absatz 2 erfordern (einschließlich biometrischer Identifikation, kritischer Infrastrukturen und Beschäftigungsentscheidungssysteme), müssen die Anbieter eine EU-notifizierte Stelle beauftragen und uneingeschränkt am Bewertungsprozess mitwirken.
