Interne Kontrollbewertung (Anhang VI)
Bei KI-Systemen, die der internen Kontrollbewertung unterliegen, müssen die Anbieter überprüfen und dokumentieren, dass das System alle anwendbaren Anforderungen der Artikel 9 bis 15 und 17 erfüllt, wobei die interne Bewertung von qualifiziertem, vom Entwicklungsteam unabhängigem Personal durchgeführt wird.
