Anbringung der CE-Kennzeichnung
Artikel 48 verlangt, dass Anbieter die CE-Kennzeichnung an Hochrisiko-KI-Systemen anbringen, die die Konformitätsbewertung erfolgreich durchlaufen haben, um zu bestätigen, dass das System die anwendbaren Anforderungen der EU-KI-Verordnung erfüllt und für das Inverkehrbringen auf dem EU-Markt geeignet ist.
