Artikel 21 verpflichtet Anbieter und Betreiber, auf Anfrage mit den nationalen Marktüberwachungsbehörden zusammenzuarbeiten und Zugang zu technischen Unterlagen, Protokollen und dem KI-System selbst zu gewähren, soweit dies für Überwachungstätigkeiten erforderlich ist.
